HERE ARE THE FACTS	"I see this child on the stage" said the midwife to Jerome's mother on the day he was born. During the formative years Jerome heard this many times from the lips of his mother. It is therefore not surprising that Jerome became involved with music. On 20.04.2002 God spoke to Jerome and this is what He said. "You will see later that your life situations and experiences will be used in ministry. Before you were born I purposed this. You will see and understand as time goes on and you will look back over your life, my thread running through your life will be seen and you will understand. Things you have forgotten will surface and be used too and you will see and understand why.  The day you were born a nurse said, “I see him on the stage.” You understood this to be music and yes; the music will be used but the stage she spoke of is the stage of ministry and you will be used in power with signs and wonders following you."

At the age of sixteen I started along the music road as a drummer in the cadet band at the school which I attended. Within a year the magnetic pull of playing in a band attached itself to me and I spent much time watching drummers in various bands learning much in the process.My love of music cost me because my schoolwork suffered at the hands of music.

In 1968 I switched from drums to guitar as I could see that drummers were being replaced by electronic machines. It was an economic factor to consider. My thinking was correct but all the time God was behind it. I taught myself to play guitar and read music and after some years I started teaching guitar.

When I look back over my life I see much wasted time, much heartbreak and quite a few broken marriages. I also met God and found his plan for my life and today truly the music is still being used to God's glory. It has found it's place in my life for which it was intended.

Today I write songs, play in the church band and teach music privately as well as students all over the world. See the GUITAR LESSON section below. God uses me in divorce ministry and I have written songs about my divorce experiences and this musical tool does a powerful job as people can relate factually as well as emotionally.
